Datuk Clifford Hii is the Chief Executive Officer of GamBit Group, a pioneering FinTech company focused on developing a regulated and integrated digital asset ecosystem. With over 15 years of leadership experience, Clifford is known for his expertise in corporate governance, business development, and innovative wealth generation methods.
He has been instrumental in driving innovation in blockchain solutions and expanding regulated blockchain offerings. In his role at GamBit Group, Clifford has also been involved in developing licensed Digital Asset Custodian.
Prior to his current role, Clifford served as the Executive Director of Hiichiikok Foundation, where he established a Children's Home for underprivileged children, ensuring they receive education and basic needs. He also held the position of Group Managing Director at HCK Capital Group, where he directed management, business development, and marketing across Property, Education, Media, and Tech sectors. Additionally, he was Vice-President at SEGi University & Colleges, leading various strategic initiatives and managing the Group’s Infrastructure & Common Enablers.
Clifford's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Queensland University of Technology (QUT). His extensive experience and strategic vision make him a key figure in the digital asset industry, driving forward GamBit Group's mission of innovation through co-creation.
Dato’ Seri (Dr) Mohamed Azahari is a Chartered Banker of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers as well as a Chartered Professional in Islamic Finance and has had a distinguished career in the financial services and educational sectors, helming senior management posts in various private and public organisations, including Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad, Permodalan Nasional Berhad Group, Amanah Raya Group, Asian Finance Bank Berhad, QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd and KPJ Healthcare Berhad. Dato’ Seri (Dr) Mohamed Azahari was also a Board member of Johor Corporation’s subsidiary company, Larkin Sentral Property Bhd.
He is currently a Board member of Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) and an Adjunct Professor at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He was also appointed by the Ministry of Higher Education for AIxCHANGE: CEO @ Faculty Programme 1.0 “Learn from the Pros”, Universiti Technology MARA (UiTM), Industry Advisory Panel for Management and Humanities Program for University Technology Petronas (UTP) as well as Industry Advisory for Politeknik Sultan Ahmad Shah (POLISAS).
He currently holds directorship in Pavillion Reit Management Sdn Bhd.& SEG International Berhad. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Western Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Central Michigan University. He was awarded Honorary Degree of Doctor of Management (Hon.D.MGT) by University Sultan Zainal Abidin in 2019. His academic qualifications include executive leadership programmes at Harvard, Wharton, Berkeley, USA and Cambridge, UK.
Chang Chew Soon is a seasoned professional with a robust background in fintech and technology. Currently, he serves as an advisor to Kidzdirectc and Ho Wah Genting Investment Bank, and is a Board of Director at Katsana Holdings Sdn Bhd. Chang is the co-founder of SEA UNITY, a position he has held since June 2023, and the co-founder of Ministry of Diamond since January 2020. He also co-founded DAX Venture in July 2018, successfully raising USD 1.23 million in seed funding and leading to its acquisition by Revenue Group Berhad in July 2020.
Previously, Chang founded and served as the Group CEO of Soft Space from March 2012 to November 2018. During his tenure, he raised significant funds, including a Series B from Sumitomo Financial Group and a USD 5 million Series A from Transcosmos Inc. His efforts led to the granting of an E-Money License by the Central Bank of Malaysia and numerous recognitions, such as being named among Asia’s Top 100 Fintech Leaders by Next Money and receiving multiple awards from APICTA.
Chang has also held various advisory roles, including at the Central Bank of Malaysia’s Advisory Committee on Technology for Finance, Prasarana Berhad, the Ministry of Transport Malaysia, and Revenue Group Berhad. His early career includes positions as Technical Associate and Business Associate at EMVCO, and he has been recognized for his contributions to the fintech industry with numerous awards and media coverage across various platforms like Bloomberg TV Malaysia, The Economist Intelligence Unit Report, and Digital News Asia.
With a Master's degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Staffordshire University, Chang has demonstrated his leadership and expertise across multiple facets of the fintech and digital asset sectors, making him a valuable independent director for any organization.

Chartered Accountant with over 13 years in the financial industry, specializes in corporate advisory, tax planning, and strategic operations.
He serves as an Executive Director for several companies, including Digital Trustees Berhad. Krishnan also sits on several listed companies in Malaysia as an independent non-executive director. He is a member of MIA, CTIM, and ACCA and he also holds an LLB from University of London.
